These terms apply to your use of Hostiva Picks (https://picks.hostiva.co.in), operated by Hostiva Solutions, Pulloopi, Taliparamba, Kannur, Kerala – 670141, India (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Two kinds of products on this site
- Products marked “Our Store” are sold and shipped directly by Hostiva Solutions. When you buy these, your contract of sale is with us, and these terms, our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy apply.
- Products marked Amazon, Flipkart or another store are sold by those stores. We only link to them. Your purchase, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are handled entirely by that store under its own terms. We earn a commission on some of these links (see our affiliate disclosure).
2. Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Many of our products are handmade, so small variations in colour, size, pattern or finish from the photos are natural and are not defects. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and Cash on Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Cash on Delivery may be available up to a maximum order value and for serviceable PIN codes. We may decline COD for any order.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Orders
An order is accepted once you receive an order number. We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, the payment fails, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give a correct and complete delivery address and a reachable mobile number.
- Be available to receive the parcel. Orders returned to us because of a wrong address, refusal (especially COD refusal) or repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to COD being disabled for future orders, and shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or place fake orders.
6. Intellectual property
The text, product photos of our own products and design of this website belong to Hostiva Solutions unless stated otherwise. Product names and images of third-party stores belong to their owners.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for products bought from third-party stores, or for delays caused by courier companies, natural events or other causes beyond our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kannur, Kerala shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
